Simply Education is recruiting on behalf of a specialist independent school in Hertfordshire for caring and enthusiastic Classroom Assistants. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people aged 6-19 with a range of additional needs, helping them build confidence, independence and achieve their full potential.

The Role

Working alongside teachers and therapists, you'll support students both in the classroom and the wider community, helping to deliver personalised learning programmes and promote their academic, social and emotional development. Full training, including physical intervention and personal care where required, is provided.

We're looking for:

• GCSE Maths & English (Level 2 or equivalent)
• A caring, patient and resilient approach
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
