Salary: £85.44 - £101.58 per day (depending on experience)

Simply Education is working with welcoming primary schools across Grantham and the surrounding areas that are looking to appoint Class Teaching Assistants for September. Opportunities are available across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, with flexible day-to-day, part-time and long-term roles to suit your availability. Many of our long-term placements also have the potential to become permanent positions.

The Role

As a Class Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Work alongside pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 to encourage progress and participation.
• Assist with classroom organisation, learning activities and resources.
• Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups.
• Help create a positive, safe and stimulating learning environment.
• Encourage positive behaviour and support pupils' social and emotional development.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

• Has experience working with children in a school, nursery or similar setting.
• Holds a Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
• Is enthusiastic, reliable and eager to support children's learning.
• Can build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Is adaptable and confident working across different year groups.
