Simply Education is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a specialist college in Dorset for enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistants. No previous experience is required - if you're passionate about supporting young people and making a positive difference, full training will be provided.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with students preparing for adult life through personalised academic and vocational programmes, helping them build confidence, independence and essential life skills.

The Role

You'll support students both in the classroom and within the wider community, working one-to-one or with small groups to help them achieve their individual goals. You'll build positive relationships, encourage independence and work closely with teachers to create a safe, engaging and supportive learning environment.
