We are currently working with a welcoming primary school in the Sittingbourne area that is seeking a committed Year 3 Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This is a full-time position with the potential to continue into the next academic year for the right candidate.

The successful teacher will be responsible for planning, preparation, and marking, although a range of resources are already available to support lesson delivery and reduce planning workload. The class can present some behavioural challenges, but there is dedicated Teaching Assistant support in place, along with a highly supportive leadership team and staff network.

The role:

• Full-time Year 3 class teacher position

• Immediate start available

• Planning, preparation and marking required

• Teaching Assistant support within the classroom

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Have experience teaching within a primary setting

• Be confident managing classroom behaviour

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons

• Work effectively as part of a wider school team
