A friendly primary school is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging cover teacher to provide classroom coverage on an on-call, as-needed basis. This is a great opportunity for teachers looking for short-term or temporary work. As a cover teacher, you will be responsible for providing instruction, managing classroom activities, and assisting students in various subjects. You may be called upon to cover classes for short-term absences or longer leaves. We are looking for candidates who hold a QTS certificate and show passion and enthusiasm maintaining professional behaviours with staff and children in the school.
• All candidates who register with Simply Education will be required to have an enhanced DBS which is on the Update Service.
• All candidates are required to complete a Safeguarding course, or provide a certificate dated within the last three years.
• All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
• All candidates will have commitment to and responsibility for safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and young people to the relevant extent of the role.
