With over 12 years of experience in the education sector, specialising in recruitment, I have held several key leadership positions and developed a deep passion for creating platforms that help individuals thrive and succeed. Central to my leadership philosophy is the belief in empowering people, which I apply to shape strategic initiatives and drive organisational growth.

I am particularly dedicated to Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) education. A highlight of my career was winning the prestigious Global Recruiter Award for Best Temporary Consultant, which recognised my expertise in recruiting specialist staff for the SEND sector. This award underscores my commitment to transforming the lives of young people by placing exceptional educators in roles where they can have a lasting impact.

Though my initial career aspiration was to become a PE teacher, my path led me to SEND, where I now focus on empowering educators with the tools they need to make a difference. In addition to my professional role, I am honoured to serve on the Board of Trustees for a group of SEND schools, helping to shape the futures of young people.

Outside of work, I enjoy interior design, and cherish time spent with my young family.
