We recognise the critical differences between compulsory education-based recruitment and the supply needs of childcare providers. To meet these specific requirements, we have established a dedicated Nursery desk, which focuses solely on effectively matching the unique demands of nursery settings.
Our recruitment, compliance and booking procedures have been carefully adapted to guarantee that both our registered staff and our partnered nurseries receive the highest level of service and commitment.
Types of roles
We offer a variety of roles designed to suit the diverse needs of nursery settings, including:
Day nurseries: we provide qualified Childcare Practitioners in accordance with your shift and ratio requirements. Our team includes Level 2 and Level 3 Assistants, as well as fully Qualified Practitioners, available for day-to-day, short-term, long-term and permanent work.
Pre-schools and school-based nurseries: our experienced pre-school staff can cater to various recruitment needs. Many of our staff members are also available to assist with wrap-around care when necessary.
Children's centres: we offer a range of practitioners with experience in Children’s centres, as well as family workers and early years and child development graduates who are available for sessional work.
Playgrounds and crèches: our staff can also be booked to provide support for small sessional playgroups, ensuring you have the help you need, when you need it.
How to book nursery staff with Simply Education
Booking nursery staff with Simply Education is straightforward and hassle-free. We provide staff at competitive hourly rates, with a minimum booking requirement of three hours for individual assignments. If you have a regular booking that is less than three hours, our dedicated Nursery Consultants are on hand to assist with your supply requirements.
Additionally, we have Fully Qualified Early Years Teachers available for half-day or full-day bookings. Many of our settings choose to book a Fully Qualified Teacher to deliver sessions to advanced pre-school children on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
