​As Managing Director of Simply Education, I lead a dedicated team that empowers education establishments across the country through passionate professionals who thrive on setting the next generation on a path to success while making a positive impact in their communities. 

My goal is to inspire my team to do their best work, through collaboration and the adoption of a growth mindset. I ensure that we deliver recruitment as it should be: focusing on skills development, personal fulfilment and being part of a community. These are the principles that get results time and time again, even in the most difficult circumstances.

I was honoured to be named Businesswoman of the Year at the SME National Business Awards in 2022, as well as being elected as the REC’s Education Sector Chair in 2024.

I also serve as Chief Revenue Officer of Auxo Group, with a focus on cultivating and nurturing a robust and rewarding sales culture that permeates throughout the business, aligning our sales efforts with strategic objectives to drive sustainable growth.

Outside of the office, I’m super spontaneous and rarely ever say no to an adventure, especially if it involves travelling around the world. I’m also extremely passionate about anything and everything health, wellness and fitness related.
