Job Title: 1:1 Classroom Support Assistant
Location: Grantham & Surrounding Areas
Pay: £82.08 - £96.96 per day

Simply Education are looking for caring and dedicated 1:1 Classroom Support Assistants to work with pupils in schools across the Grantham area. This is a rewarding role where you will provide tailored support to help children thrive in their learning and development.

What you'll do:

• Provide 1:1 support to a pupil, helping them access the curriculum and stay engaged in lessons

• Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction

• Support the pupil's individual needs, both academically and emotionally

• Assist the class teacher with learning activities and resources

• Promote inclusion and help create a safe, supportive classroom environment

What we're looking for:

• Experience working with children

• A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development

• An up-to-date DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
