Pay: £82.08 - £96.96 per day (depending on experience and role)

We are continuously recruiting enthusiastic and reliable 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support pupils in mainstream primary schools across the Lincoln area. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping children achieve their potential in inclusive classroom settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs

• Assist in classroom activities and small-group learning

• Promote pupil engagement, confidence, and independence

• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to support learning outcomes

• Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience supporting children in mainstream or SEN settings (preferred but not essential)

• Patient, adaptable, and proactive

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Committed to supporting children's academic, social, and emotional development
