You will work closely with teachers and support staff, assisting students with their learning and personal development. Key Responsibilities of the BA Honours Graduate:
- Provide academic and personal support to students, assisting with their learning in both individual and group settings.
- Work alongside teachers to help deliver lessons and activities that engage and inspire students.
- Assist students with additional learning needs, helping them access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
- Support students' personal development by encouraging positive behaviors and building confidence.
- Help develop and implement individualized learning plans for students who need additional support.
- Assist with classroom management and provide support to teachers in maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Contribute to the development of learning resources, ensuring they are engaging and accessible to all students.
- Monitor and track students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and helping adapt support strategies as needed.
- Assist in extracurricular activities or clubs, supporting students' development outside of the classroom.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A BA Honours Degree in any subject.
- Strong academic background with the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and flexible approach to supporting students and staff.
- A genuine passion for helping students succeed and achieve their potential.
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
