We are seeking a practical, reliable, and proactive School Caretaker to join our friendly team at a well-regarded school in the Gerrards Cross area. This is a key role, ensuring the school environment is safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained for pupils, staff, and visitors.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing the school premises daily

• Carrying out minor repairs, maintenance, and general DIY tasks

• Managing site security and fire safety checks

• Supporting contractors on-site when necessary

• Ensuring cleanliness and safety of outdoor areas

• Monitoring stock of cleaning and maintenance supplies

✅ Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in a caretaking, maintenance, or facilities role (preferred)

• Good practical and DIY skills

• A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
