Role: Class Teacher
Length: Full-time, permanent

We are seeking a dedicated Class Teacher for one of our primary schools in Peterborough. Join a passionate team focused on helping students succeed academically and transition smoothly to secondary school.

Key Duties of the Class Teacher:

• Deliver engaging lessons based on the year groups in the KS1 and KS2 curriculum.
• Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Prepare students for assessments and secondary school exams.
• Work with colleagues to share best practices.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents.

Skills & Qualifications for the Year 6 Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant degree.
• Experience teaching KS1 and KS2 pupils.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Long-term planning experience.
• Passion for education.
