Job Title: Class Teacher

Pay: £120 - £140 per day (dependent on experience)

Simply Education is seeking a dedicated Class Teacher for a long-term position in a school in the Grantham area, starting immediately. ECTs are encouraged to apply! This role is ideal for teachers looking to make a lasting impact while working in a supportive school environment.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, managing the classroom, and supporting pupils across all areas of their learning. Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons
• Managing classroom behaviour and promoting positive learning
• Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
• Monitoring and assessing pupil progress
• Working collaboratively with teaching staff and support teams

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold a QTS (ECTs completing induction are welcome to apply)
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Be adaptable and able to support pupils across different abilities
• Show commitment to pupil wellbeing and academic progress
