We are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Classroom Support Assistants to support primary schools in the Grantham area. This general role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping children learn, providing support in the classroom, and assisting teachers with day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities

• Assist pupils individually or in small groups to aid learning

• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

• Support pupils' confidence, independence, and engagement

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred)

• Patient, adaptable, and proactive

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Passionate about supporting children's learning and wellbeing
