Classroom Support Assistant - Primary Schools - Lincoln & Surrounding Areas

Role: Classroom Support Assistant
Location: Lincoln and surrounding areas
Start Date: Immediate and ongoing opportunities
Contract Type: Day-to-day, part-time and long-term placements
Salary: £82.08 - £96.96 per day (dependent on experience)

Simply Education are currently recruiting supportive Classroom Support Assistants to work in welcoming primary schools in Lincoln and the surrounding areas.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a variety of school settings, supporting pupils across Early Years, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2. As a Classroom Support Assistant, you will play an important role in helping create a positive, engaging learning environment where children feel supported, confident, and motivated to learn.

The Role:

  • Supporting teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2

  • Assisting pupils with their learning through individual, small group, or whole-class support

  • Encouraging participation, confidence, and positive behaviour in the classroom

  • Helping to prepare learning materials and classroom resources

  • Supporting pupils who may require additional guidance or encouragement

  • Contributing to a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment

What we looking for:

  • Have experience working with children in a school or nursery setting

  • Are patient, reliable, and enthusiastic about supporting learning

  • Enjoy working as part of a team within a classroom environment

  • Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff

  • Hold a CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (advantageous but not essential)
