Simply Education are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Computer Science Teacher to join a forward-thinking secondary school in Coventry. The ideal candidate will inspire students through engaging lessons and innovative teaching approaches.

Must-Have Skills

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)

• Strong subject knowledge in Computer Science and ICT

• Ability to deliver KS3-KS4 (and ideally KS5) curriculum content

• Effective classroom management and differentiation strategies

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Python, Java, or web development

• Familiarity with Edexcel or OCR GCSE specifications

• Experience teaching students with additional learning needs

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons

• Track and assess pupil progress effectively

• Support whole-school digital learning initiatives

• Foster enthusiasm and curiosity for technology
