Cover Supervisor
Location: Stoke-on-Trent Area
Salary: £100 - £130 per day

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll take the lead in classrooms, ensuring students remain engaged and on task while following pre-prepared lesson plans. Your role is key in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons to classes across a range of subjects and year groups.
  • Manage student behaviour effectively to maintain a calm and focused atmosphere.
  • Support students to stay engaged and complete their work.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate school staff.
  • Be adaptable to work in different schools and year groups.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an educational or classroom environment is ideal, but not essential.
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people.
  • Flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to adapt quickly.
