About the Role

Simply Education is seeking confident and adaptable cover supervisors to support secondary schools across Stafford. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with young people and want to gain valuable classroom experience without the planning and marking responsibilities of a full teaching role.

You will be responsible for delivering pre‑prepared lesson materials, maintaining a focused learning environment, and ensuring pupils remain engaged throughout the lesson. Strong behaviour management and communication skills are essential.
