Simply Education is working closely with a range of secondary schools across Kent, and we are currently seeking reliable and confident Cover Supervisors to support schools with day-to-day and long-term cover.

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of a teacher
• Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain on task
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Provide feedback to teaching staff and school leadership
• Work across a range of subjects at Key Stages 3 and 4

We're Looking For:

• Experience working with young people (education-based experience preferred)
• Confidence in managing a classroom environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A flexible, professional and proactive approach
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
