🍎 About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom to supervise students when the regular teacher is absent. You will be responsible for delivering pre-set work, ensuring students stay on task, and maintaining a calm and focused learning environment.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supervising classes across different subjects using lesson plans provided by teachers

• Ensuring pupils remain engaged and focused on their work

• Managing classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies

• Supporting students when needed and encouraging a positive learning atmosphere

• Reporting back to the teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
