Are you a passionate and experienced secondary teacher looking for a flexible and rewarding role in education? We are currently recruiting for a Cover Supervisor to work across secondary schools in High Wycombe.

This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified teachers who are confident managing classrooms and maintaining high standards of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher.

🔎 The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a range of secondary subjects

• Maintain a positive and focused learning environment

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively

• Support students in staying engaged and on task

• Uphold school policies and safeguarding standards

This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and working in different school settings while continuing to make a real impact.

✅ Essential Requirements

• MUST have UK teaching experience (Secondary level)

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)

• Strong classroom management skills

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

• Passion for supporting student progress
