Cover Supervisors

Medway - Secondary Schools - September Start
Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Are you looking to step into the world of education and make a difference in local secondary schools? Simply Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in the Medway area starting in September.

Whether you're an experienced cover supervisor, a graduate considering a career in teaching, or someone with transferable skills and a passion for working with young people - we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

Supervise lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher
Ensure pupils remain on task and engaged with their learning
Manage classroom behaviour following each school's policies
Report back to teaching staff at the end of each lesson
Support students in line with their individual needs

What We're Looking For:

Confident individuals with strong communication skills
Previous experience working with young people is desirable (but not essential)
Graduates or career changers welcome
Adaptability and calm under pressure
Must have or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS (we can assist)

Training Provided:

No experience? No problem! We offer a free one-day Cover Supervisor training course to get you classroom-ready before September.
