Daily Supply Teacher - Outstanding Primary Schools in Colchester

We are seeking a Daily supply teacher to join our team supporting a group of Outstanding primary schools across Colchester. This role is ideal for fully qualified teachers who hold QTS and are passionate about delivering high-quality education and training on a flexible, day-to-day basis.

As a Daily supply teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, ensuring continuity of learning during teacher absences. You will also be responsible for guiding classroom TA's, managing behaviour effectively, and maintaining a positive, engaging learning environment. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly are essential.
