What you'll do:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons

• Support the progress, learning, and well-being of all pupils

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment

• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure pupil success

• Monitor and assess pupil progress, offering constructive feedback to aid development

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards completion of your ECT year

• A passion for inspiring and motivating young learners

• Strong classroom management and communication skills
