About the Role:

This is a part-time role (3 days/week or 9am-3pm shifts) ideal for someone looking to balance work and other commitments. You will support the team in delivering a high standard of care and education for children aged 6 months to 4 years

About the Nursery:
A small, friendly, community-based nursery Wellingborough that offers a home-from-home environment and a creative curriculum. The team values kindness, play-based learning, and positive behaviour support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and tidying learning environments

• Support children's daily routines including meals, naps, and toileting

• Help with observations and progress tracking

• Provide comfort and care when needed

Prerequisites:

• Level 2 in Childcare (desirable but not essential)

• Experience with young children (voluntary or paid)

• A positive, flexible attitude and good communication skills

• Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
