Job Title: Early Years / Key Stage 1 SEN Teacher
Location: Linton, Cambridgeshire

We are currently seeking a dedicated Early Years / Key Stage 1 SEN Teacher to join our supportive and dynamic team at our specialist SEN school in Linton, Cambridgeshire.
This is a full‑time position with an immediate start, ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, nurturing, and ready to make a real difference in the lives of our youngest learners.
About the Role:
- Teach and support pupils in our Early Years and Key Stage 1 classes, all of whom have a range of special educational needs (including complex learning, communication, and developmental needs).
- Plan and deliver engaging, child‑centred lessons tailored to meet individual EHCP targets.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including support staff, therapists, and families.
- Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching SEN students in an Early Years or Key Stage 1 setting.
- Recent experience within an SEN environment is essential.
- Strong understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and early childhood development.
- A creative, flexible approach to teaching with a deep commitment to inclusive education.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
