Pay: £140-£160 per day

Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher looking for flexibility and a rewarding role in a supportive school setting? We are currently recruiting for a qualified Early Years Teacher to work in a welcoming primary school in Banbury, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

About the Role:

In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You'll create a nurturing environment where young learners can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative, high-quality lessons aligned with the EYFS curriculum

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

• Track and assess children's progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs

• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and school staff

• Promote positive behaviour and support children's wellbeing

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years education

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills

• A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach to early years teaching

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
