English Teacher

Location: Chelmsford

Contract: 2 months

Salary: £140 - £170 per day

We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and inspiring Teacher of English to join our clients committed and supportive English department. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator who can motivate students and help them develop a lifelong love of literature and language.

About the Role:

• Teach English across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and Key Stage 5 if applicable).
• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that challenge and inspire all learners.
• Contribute to curriculum development and the wider life of the English department.
• Support students in achieving excellent outcomes through effective teaching and feedback.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and a passion for English.
• Is committed to high expectations, both academically and behaviourally.
• Can build positive relationships with students and contribute to a collaborative staff team.
• Is reflective and keen to continue developing their professional practice.
