GCSE English Teacher - Part Time (2 Days Per Week) Lincoln Location - Immediate Start

Simply Education is seeking a passionate and experienced English Teacher for a part-time position at one of our partner secondary schools in Lincoln. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with GCSE students in a supportive environment.

Position Details:

• 2 days per week (days can be discussed)
• Teaching GCSE English Literature and Language
• Competitive daily rate (£130-£185 per day, depending on experience)
• Planning and marking responsibilities included
• Long-term position

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching GCSE English Language and Literature
• Creating and preparing lesson plans
• Marking and assessment of student work
• Tracking student progress
• Contributing to departmental meetings as required
• Maintaining accurate records of student achievement

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working as an English Teacher
• Strong planning and assessment skills
• Excellent classroom management abilities
• Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this)
• Available for 2 days per week during term time
