About the Role

Full-time English Teacher position starting September
Teaching Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS3 & KS4) English
Opportunity to plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality English lessons to secondary students
Prepare students for GCSE English Language and Literature
Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback
Promote a love of reading and writing across all abilities
Uphold high standards of behaviour and engagement in the classroom

What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
Strong subject knowledge of English Language and Literature
Experience teaching in a UK secondary school environment (preferred)
Passionate about student progress and confident in classroom management
Committed, reliable, and enthusiastic about contributing to school life
