Exam Invigilators - Secondary Schools
Location: Kent
Contract: Temporary / Seasonal (Exam Periods)
Hours: Part-time, flexible
Pay: Competitive hourly rate
We are currently recruiting Exam Invigilators to support secondary schools during exam periods. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, organised and able to follow procedures accurately in a calm and professional manner.
The Role:
As an Exam Invigilator, you will:
- Supervise students during internal and external examinations
- Ensure exams are conducted in accordance with examination board regulations
- Distribute and collect examination papers and materials
- Maintain a quiet, focused and orderly exam environment
- Report any irregularities or issues to the Exams Officer
- Support students by following approved exam procedures (without providing assistance with exam content)
We're Looking For:
- A reliable and punctual individual with a professional approach
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- The confidence to manage groups of students quietly and effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience as an Exam Invigilator is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
