Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Hearing Impairment Specialist (LSA)

Simply Education is recruiting a Teaching Assistant with Hearing Impairment specialist experience to work in a supportive school in High Wycombe, starting January 2026.

The Role:
You will support pupils with hearing impairments, helping them access the curriculum and engage fully in school life. The role involves working closely with class teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals to provide tailored learning and communication support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with hearing impairments

• Support communication strategies and classroom access

• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and SEN teams

• Promote inclusion, independence, and confidence

Requirements:

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or LSA supporting pupils with hearing impairments

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Patient, reliable, and committed to inclusive education
