Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. The salary range is £16,000.00 - £18,500.00 annually.
Key Responsibilities:
Support students in developing key skills for future trade employment.
Assist teachers in delivering lessons and supporting pupil progress.
Work both as a member of a team and independently.
Perform administrative tasks and prepare materials for lessons and displays.
Foster a safe and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
Good level of education with appropriate literacy and numeracy skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to make a significant difference in the lives of young people.
