The Role:
Lead whole-class lessons in the absence of the teacher.
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students.
Assist in planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
Support students with SEN, behaviour, and academic progress.
Work closely with teachers and school leadership to enhance learning.
What We're Looking For:
HLTA qualification or significant classroom experience.
Ability to lead lessons and support student learning.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply).
