Salary: £162.30 - £223.60 per day (Paid to scale)

Simply Education is currently working in partnership with a secondary school in Bury to recruit a Qualified History Teacher for a long-term, full-time role with an immediate start.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Secondary Teacher (QTS) seeking stability, career satisfaction, and the support of a dedicated education recruitment team.

Your Role:

• Teach KS3 & KS4 History

• Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that support student progress

• Carry out full planning and marking duties

• Maintain effective classroom and behaviour management

• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of different learners

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Specialism in History (or strong experience teaching History)

• Experience working in a UK secondary school

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• A flexible, professional approach and commitment to student achievement
