Simply Education is looking to recruit an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a fantastic junior school in the Colchester area, starting in September. The role involves working across Key Stage 2, delivering interventions, supporting class teaching, and leading whole-class learning when required. The successful candidate will be confident, capable, and committed to helping pupils reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a recognised HLTA qualification or have significant relevant experience in a HLTA role
• Have strong experience supporting across Key Stage 2
• Be confident leading groups and covering classes when needed
• Be proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for education
