Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum

• Assess and track pupil progress effectively

• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment

• Work collaboratively with other staff, parents and school leaders

• Manage behaviour confidently and positively

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the KS1 national curriculum

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills

• A genuine passion for teaching and learning
