Location: Sleaford and surrounding areas
Pay: £115 - £140 per day (depending on role and experience)

We are always recruiting enthusiastic and committed KS1 Class Teachers to work across primary schools in the Sleaford area. This general role is ideal for experienced teachers or ECTs looking for flexible, ongoing opportunities to teach and inspire young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the KS1 curriculum

• Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment

• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback

• Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development

• Work collaboratively with support staff and school leadership

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS or completing ECT induction

• Confident teaching EYFS/KS1

• Adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic about early years education

• Strong classroom management and communication skills
