What You'll Be Doing:

• Planning and delivering creative, adaptive lessons to meet the needs of all learners
• Supporting each child's academic, emotional, and social development
• Maintaining an inspiring, safe and inclusive learning environment
• Assessing and tracking pupil progress using the school's assessment frameworks
• Providing quality feedback to pupils and engaging parents in learning
• Leading class routines, playtime supervision, and contributing to assemblies
• Supporting school events, trips, and performances
