What You'll Be Doing:
- Planning and delivering creative, adaptive lessons to meet the needs of all learners
- Supporting each child's academic, emotional, and social development
- Maintaining an inspiring, safe and inclusive learning environment
- Assessing and tracking pupil progress using the school's assessment frameworks
- Providing quality feedback to pupils and engaging parents in learning
- Leading class routines, playtime supervision, and contributing to assemblies
- Supporting school events, trips, and performances
Ideal KS2 Class Teacher for this School:
- Holds QTS and confident teaching KS2 curriculum (Year 6 in particular)
- Passionate about high-quality teaching and inclusive practice
- Keen to grow through reflection, CPD and performance development
- Able to manage and support class TA's effectively
