About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work alongside teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-to-one and small group support, ensuring all pupils are engaged and supported.
• Assisting teachers in delivering lessons, adapting activities to meet different learning needs.
• Supporting children with additional needs, offering tailored guidance and encouragement.
• Promoting positive behaviour and fostering an inclusive classroom environment.
• Helping with classroom preparation, organisation, and general teaching support.
