Learning Support Assistant - Sleaford
Start Date: Ongoing
Location: Sleaford Area
Contract: Long-term / Part-time / Day-to-day
Pay: £82.08 - £96.96 (dependent on experience)

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting pupils' learning, promoting positive development, and contributing to a welcoming school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Assist teachers with delivering engaging and accessible lessons
Support pupils with additional needs or barriers to learning
Promote positive behaviour and help maintain an inclusive classroom
Implement interventions and support plans as directed
Encourage pupil independence, confidence, and engagement
Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and wider school staff
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience supporting pupils in a primary school setting (advantageous but not essential)
A patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow guidance while using initiative when needed
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic about helping children thrive
