Learning Support Teaching Assistant - Lincoln

Location: Lincoln and surrounding areas
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Long-term / Supply
Pay Rate: £82.08 - £96.96 per day (depending on experience and role)

Simply Education is always recruiting supportive and dedicated Learning Support Teaching Assistants to work with pupils who require additional help in primary schools across the Lincoln area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.

• Provide tailored 1:1 or small-group support for pupils with additional learning needs

• Assist the class teacher and SENCO in delivering targeted, inclusive support

• Help develop pupils' confidence, independence, and engagement

• Adapt activities and resources to suit individual needs

• Contribute to a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment

• Experience supporting children with additional needs (desirable)

• A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships

• Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3 (preferred but not essential)

• Passionate about supporting children's learning and wellbeing

• Opportunities across a range of welcoming schools in the Lincoln area
