The Role:

We are seeking a friendly and positive Level 2 Nursery Practitioner to work within one of our partner Nurseries in Towcester. You'll work within a friendly team providing daily care, play, and learning opportunities for children aged 0-5. You'll be encouraged to contribute ideas and grow within your role, supporting the room leader and ensuring every child feels valued and secure.

The Nursery is a caring, community nursery that celebrates diversity and supports continuous staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support planning and delivery of educational play
• Help with meals, routines, and daily setup
• Observe and record children's development
• Follow all safeguarding, health & safety procedures

Prerequisites:

• Level 2 Early Years qualification
• Reliable, caring, and team-oriented
• Understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
• Strong communication and initiative

All candidates who register with Simply Education are required to provide references for the previous 2 years of work, as well as complete an enhanced DBS check. Any interviews we hold will be conducted over a Teams call.
