Level 3 Childcare Practitioner - Full Time
Location: Nursery setting, Boston (PE21)
Hours: 40 hours per week (shifts between 7:00am-6:00pm)
Start Date: ASAP

Simply Education are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Qualified Childcare Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive nursery on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate early years professional who is committed to supporting children's learning and development in a nurturing environment.

The Role:

• Working full-time, 40 hours per week on a rota covering shifts between 7am and 6pm
• Supporting children across the early years age range
• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
• Ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Carrying out observations and contributing to learning journals

Requirements:

• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (or equivalent)
• A sound understanding of the EYFS framework
• A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach to work
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
