Role Overview:

We are looking for a Level 3 qualified practitioner who shares our Montessori values and has experience with EYFS. You'll support children in choosing their own activities, promoting calm, respectful learning. This ia full time position, starting in November and lasting until the summer in the first instance.

About the Nursery:

An inclusive, nurturing nursery offering mixed-age group rooms and child-led learning. The setting places strong emphasis on independence, practical life skills and natural materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver learning in line with Montessori and EYFS principles

• Set up and maintain purposeful learning areas

• Observe and support each child's unique development

• Model independence, self-care and grace & courtesy

• Act as a key person and liaise with families

Pre-requisites:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent

• Experience working in an Early Years setting

• Calm, focused and child-led approach

• Strong observational and planning skills
