Are you passionate about giving children the best start in life? We are looking for a dedicated and caring Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join one of our friendly partner nursery's in Bugbrooke.

About the Role:
As a key member of our early years team, you will provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential. You'll play a vital role in supporting children's learning and development through engaging activities, child-led play, and strong relationships with families and colleagues.

What We're Looking For:
✅ Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
✅ Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
✅ A genuine passion for early childhood education
✅ Good understanding of the EYFS framework
✅ Reliable, enthusiastic, and a team player
✅ Strong communication and organisational skills
