Level 3 practitioner - Grays

Our lovely nursery in Grays is seeking a fully qualified Level 3 practitioner to join our wonderful and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a friendly, supportive setting that puts children's happiness and development at the heart of everything we do.

You will be working with children aged 3-5 years, providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports learning through play and exploration. Our nursery offers a welcoming atmosphere where staff are valued and encouraged to grow professionally.

Requirements for the role:

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification

• A sound understanding of the EYFS framework

• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures

• Experience working with children aged 3-5 years

• Ability to plan, observe, and assess children's development effectively

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A positive, caring, and enthusiastic approach
