Position: Maths Teacher

The school are looking for a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join their dynamic Mathematics department starting in September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is committed to delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that promote a love of learning in Mathematics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Maths lessons that engage and challenge students
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and stimulating learning environment
  • Use innovative teaching methods and resources to enhance learning experiences
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and carers to support student achievement

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
  • Experience teaching Maths at Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment requirements
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A commitment to continuous professional development
