About the Role
Simply Education is working with a well-regarded secondary school in the Maidstone area that is seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team in September 2025. This is a full-time role, teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential for Key Stage 5 depending on experience. The school has a strong Maths department and is committed to continuous improvement and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality Maths lessons to students across KS3 and KS4
  • Plan, prepare, and assess student work to support progress
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including attending meetings and CPD sessions
  • Support students of varying abilities, including those with additional needs

What We're Looking For

  • A qualified Maths Teacher (QTS or equivalent)
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching mathematics
  • Experience teaching in a UK secondary school setting
  • A commitment to raising achievement and delivering outstanding lessons
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
